Day Ten: Laugh

Laughing is one of my favorite things to do.  It’s one of the body’s natural remedies.  I love those moments where you just start laughing and then keep laughing.  It doesn’t matter what’s said, it becomes funny and the laughter continues.

The best is when you’re laughing with your friends and everyone is cracking up.  Just laughing and having a good time.  It also has healthy, medicine of a sort.  It improves your mood, improves your immune system and activates multiple organs.

Like I said laughter is medicine, it’s good for the soul.  So…. laugh it up!
