Hugs are one of the most emotionally relieving things that you can have.  One hug can erase a bad day, or a bad week.  It’s just kind of holding to someone and everything that’s been threatening to boil over…. and that hug just takes it all.  Long hugs, short hugs.  Pending person, your person.

A hug can just take all of that out of your body, no words needed.

Hugs are just that powerful.
