Day Twenty-Nine: Soothe

There are so many things and ways to soothe them.  The three that I can think of off the top of my head, is my skin, my soul and my mind.

Soothing my skin is the easiest.  Lotion, lots of lotion and no humidity or heat.  Showers are also soothing to my body, but the best thing is lotion.  Like I said super simple.

Next would be my mind.  Music is my usual go to.  Listening to something that is, to me, calming.  ‘Everything I Wanted’ by Billie Eilish, ‘Drift’ by Emily Osment, ‘Fallout’ by Marianas Trench and ‘Broken’ Trisha Yearwood version are just a few.

The hardest is my soul.  When my soul is at its lowest a few of the things that help are Ben and his blanket and Boz.  Lay in bed, not always to fall asleep, but it’s easier to just lay there and breathe.
